We Believe

... that God so loved the world that He sent His one and only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, to take away our guilt and put us in a living relationship with Him. This relationship is spelled out in the Scriptures.

A - All have sinned and fall short of God's righteous requirements.
   Romans 3:23 "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"
   Romans 6:23 "... the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life"

B - We must exercise faith in the promises and statements of God's Word.
   John 3:36 "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son
   will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him"
   Ephesians 2:8-9 "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this
   not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast."

C - There is the need to express this faith.
   Romans 10:9 "That if you confess with you mouth, "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that
   God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
