East Brandywine Baptist acknowledges that Christ is the spiritual head of all believers.  We also recognize that the effective operation of the local church requires
dedicated spiritually mature Christians to meet the needs for
preaching, teaching, evangelizing, and administration.

We believe that God has gifted every believer with the ability to serve in some capacity and encourage all members to actively utilize their talents in the service of the Lord.
