Ray and Diane have been with OC International since 1986.  In 1999, after 11 years of ministry in France working in church growth and missions development, they moved to Colorado to work in OC’s Personnel Division.  In 2003 Ray became the Vice President of Personnel and served in that role for three years.  In 2006 Ray was named Executive Vice President of OC.  In this role, he has been responsible for providing leadership for OC’s headquarters, which provides support and care for more than 500 missionaries worldwide.  Diane serves the staff and missionaries through her work in the OC mailroom.  Ray and Diane have four children, two of whom are married (Laura and Dave, Raymond and Melanie).  The youngest two (Beth and Chris) are in college.  Ray and Diane also have two grandchildren.
